April 4, Day 35
All is well with my heart - it got better late last night and by this morning is was behaving normally. So, we were able to get a full day of riding in and ended up in Daphne, Alabama for a total of 103 miles.
Here is Kevin at the Alabama line - got to love the orange / red clay. The roads so far in Alabama have been great, a vast improvement over Mississippi roads.
The USS Alabama was part of a military museum just outside of Mobile.
In the morning, we went through many southern pine forests that shielded us from the high winds.
When we were in the open though the wind was howling. Sustained winds of 25 - 35mph with higher gusts all day. And of course, just like 98% of the trip the wind was blowing against us.
Our time in Alabama will be limited, about 50 miles into tomorrow's ride we will enter Florida.

Glad you're better, Jason. You've always had a good heart.
Proud of all three of you guys and your stick-to-it-iveness!
